Data we collect
The enquiry form collects a name, email address, selected products or systems and quantities. Company, phone and message are optional. Minimal security data may also be processed to prevent abuse.
Why we use it
We use the data to receive and retain the enquiry, respond, discuss the selected range and protect the service. The purpose-specific legal basis still requires final legal approval before launch.
Recipients
Authorised Fiteksas staff and providers of website infrastructure, data storage and email may process data only as needed to provide those services. The final provider and transfer-region list will be verified before launch.
Retention
Enquiries that do not become another business record are intended to be retained for 12 months. If an enquiry becomes a quotation, order, invoice or contract, relevant data follows the retention rules for that record. Backup and security-log periods remain under review.
Your rights
